How to Make Aluminium PCB

The idea of the video how to make aluminum PCB (Printed Circuit Board) this is when I will make the LED light for my home, but I can constraint is when installing LED SMD 5730 to the PCB. Initially I used a regular PCB plated copper brown but the results are not satisfactory because the usual PCB can not absorb heat very well and my 5730 SMD LED lights gradually change color to dark yellow as the temperature continues to rise so as to make the light intensity LED chip smd 5730 I be reduced and die.
By looking for ways to solve this problem I finally found a way how to make aluminum PCB at home for my LED lights.
  Here are the ingredients needed to make aluminum PCB's:
1. Aluminum Square (or any form allowed)
2. Tape Copper 5mm
3. Lead
4. SMD LED SMD 5730 or 5630
Tools needed:
1. Solder tin
2. Tape the paper
3. Multimeter

1. Spray paint is transparent to the aluminum (Use spray a thin, not too thick). Wait transparent paint to dry
2. Cut the copper tape approximately 3mm and give a distance of 50-57mm between the copper tape pieces.
3. Heat the first tin on copper and stick LED SMD 5730 to the copper that has been given a tin
4. Arrange in series lednya lamp or as an application that you will use. Here I set up the series for the purposes of my LED lights.
5. Finally solder all connections on Aluminum PCB SMD LEDs are already finished.

How to make LED lamp at home with LED SMD 5730

In this video I want to share how where I create 3 watt LED lights with LED SMD 5730. The most important point of this video is the Power Supply , here I use Transformatorless powersupply or can be called powersupply without transformer

The main component in the design of the power supply is 450V Mylar capacitor , here I use 4 pieces of mylar capacitor 680nF / 450VAC with a total 2,72uF / 400V , 4 pieces IN4007 diode as a rectifier with voltage max 1000 Volt , Resistors about 390Kohm that in palarel with the capacitor , 560kOhm resistors are in palarel with electrolyte capacitor 1uF / 400V and the 56Ohm resistor capacitor diseri by Mylar .
The function of these Mylar Capacitor to increase the output current of the power supply , the greater the more bsar capacitor also flows generated . The following table I created to figure out how big the capacitor to produce a certain flow :

CAUTION !
The larger the capacitor that we give more risk to the security of yourself and keamaan SMD 5730 LED light itself , why ? Because the 56 Ohm resistor in pairs of series against the capacitor will heat and more heat if given capacitor over 1,36uF / 450V and will give a sudden surge of the SMD 5730 LED lights with LEDs will result in damaged .
My suggestion is to use mylar capacitor 1,3uF - 1,5uF / 450V , I have tried and safe for 5730. In this video I use 6 pieces 5730 SMD LEDs with 150mA current spec , and 2,8-3,6Volt voltage so that the generated power can reach 3 watts , because each SMD CHIP LED 5730 has a power of 0.5 watts , this LED can be in buy in LUMINBOX.COM .
Power supply I made have 125mA output current slightly below the specifications led , LED lights should not exceed current LED lights specifikasinya otherwise we made did not last long .
If using Capacitor 1,5uF with output current of 70 mA , the LED Bulb lights are needed to make a 3 watt LED lights are as much :


A total of 12 SMD 5730 LED lights , the value of 0.07 is 70mA which in turn into Ampere and value of 3.5 is the lamp voltage LEDnya .
If you do not want to use a usable LED SMD 5730 LED SMD 5630 , SMD3528 as an alternative .

For stringing lights lednya so be 3 watts ,  LED is arranged in series , if you want to make more than 3 watts power then the series circuit in multiply .
